I came in an hour late for my appointment, put down wrong time. Very professional and polite. Had my list done by 4:00 PM. Service department had no spare fuses, but sent me to a nearby auto parts store, with the information I needed. I was able to get my fuses. The manager was very helpful to be able to fit me in, in his tight schedule. Can’t say enough about the service. Thank you, Al.

I had called Hillside numerous times and left multiple messages that I was looking to schedule an oil change. Unfortunately no one ever returned my call. I then decided to drop in on a Saturday where a friendly sales person took my name and number and said someone would reach out to me on Monday. Unfortunately that did not happen. I made one last attempt to call and luckily enough I got through and was able to speak to a lovely gentleman. There were no appointments until June, which wasn’t great as my oil life left in my car ...

Took my car to the express shop Friday! It Was an amazing experience! The guys pulled my car in within minutes of me being there! Had the inspection done and they gave me a free car wash! Within 45 mins they were all done and my car was washed! I will definitely be back! Huge thanks to Alex and the team!

From dropping my car off to shuttling back and forth , the staff Sami and Bobby were fantastic. Service dept fixed my car and now it’s as good as new. Labor costs were terribly high but what can you do.
